The short version: If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, write to us within 60 days of your purchase and we will refund 100% of what you paid — no questions, no forms, no hassle.
1. The 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every order placed through Volunteers of Lourdes is covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee, starting on the date your purchase is confirmed by Digistore24. This applies to all three tiers:
- Lourdes Prayer Circle ($28)
- Volunteers of Lourdes Prayer Circle ($35)
- Sacred Pilgrim ($55)
You may request a refund for any reason — change of mind, dissatisfaction with the service, delay in delivery, or simply because you decided this isn't for you.
2. How to Request a Refund
You have two ways to request a refund:
Option A — Email us directly (fastest)
Send an email to contact@lourdescircle.com with the subject line "Refund request" and include:
- The full name and email address used at checkout.
- The order number from your Digistore24 receipt (starts with "DSO-").
- (Optional) A short note explaining what we could have done better — this helps us improve.
We typically reply within 24 hours and process the refund within 1–3 business days.
Option B — Through Digistore24 directly
You can also request a refund directly with our payment processor, Digistore24 Inc.

Digistore24 will process the refund on our behalf and notify us. There is no advantage or disadvantage to choosing Option A vs Option B — pick whichever is more convenient for you.
3. Processing Time
- Approval: within 1–3 business days of your request.
- Refund posted to your card or bank account: typically 3–10 business days after approval, depending on your card issuer or bank.
- Total time from request to money in your account: usually 5–13 business days.
4. What You Keep After a Refund
Once a refund is processed:
- If your prayer was already delivered to the Grotto, you still keep the photo confirmation already sent to you.
- If you purchased the Sacred Pilgrim tier, you may keep any digital materials already downloaded (e.g. the bonus PDF). Newsletter subscription is automatically cancelled.
- If your prayer had not yet been delivered at the time of the refund, your prayer is removed from the upcoming trip queue and our internal copy is destroyed.
5. Exceptions
We honor the 60-day money-back guarantee in good faith. The only situation in which we may decline a refund is if there is clear evidence of fraud or abuse — for example, a customer who has already received multiple refunds from us in the past and is repeating the pattern, or a customer who has filed a chargeback before contacting us. In every other case, refunds are unconditional.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks cost both sides time and money, and we can resolve almost any issue in 24 hours by email. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may make us decline future business with you, but we will still respect any chargeback that your bank approves.
